By accessing or using the Podium website and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
Podium provides full-service personal branding agency services for C-suite executives and founders in the GCC region. Services include LinkedIn profile writing and management, podcast guest pitching, daily intelligence digest delivery, brand voice strategy, and thought leadership content creation.
Services are delivered via a subscription membership model. Acceptance onto the platform is at Podium's discretion.
Membership is selective. We evaluate applicants based on professional profile, stated goals, and alignment with our client standards. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application without obligation to disclose our reasoning.
You represent that all information you provide in your application is accurate and not misleading.
The specific services included in your membership are defined at the point of subscription and confirmed in your welcome documentation. We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., specific follower counts, podcast bookings, or media appearances) as these depend on third-party factors outside our control.
Content created by Podium on your behalf is created for you and belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to use excerpts (non-identifying) for our own marketing purposes. We will not represent your work as our own.
You retain full ownership of your LinkedIn profile and any content you provide us access to.
We treat your personal information, business plans, and strategic materials with strict confidentiality. We do not share your information with other clients or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or with your explicit consent.
Membership fees are charged monthly or annually as specified at the time of subscription. All fees are non-refundable after the billing period has commenced, unless required by applicable law. We will notify you of any changes to pricing at least 30 days in advance.
Your membership continues month-to-month or year-to-year until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@podium-2.polsia.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused periods.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Podium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Podium, its personnel, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
The Podium website, name, logo, and design are the property of Podium. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute these without our written consent. We respect third-party intellectual property rights and expect the same from our clients in their submitted content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
