• Collect anonymous analytics data via Polsia Analytics (visitor ID stored in localStorage only — no cross-site tracking)

You may accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. Declining does not prevent access to the site. Your preference is stored locally and persists until you clear browser data.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data only with trusted third-party processors:

• Polsia Analytics — anonymous usage statistics (no personal data transmitted)
• Email delivery — to send you your digest and service communications (your email address only)
• LinkedIn — if you authorize us to manage your LinkedIn presence, we act as a data processor under your instruction

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an active membership. After account closure, data is retained for a maximum of 24 months for compliance purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights Under UAE PDPL and KSA PDPPL

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority
